schwartz wins kern inviteOriginally uploaded by andynoise
well the highland boys and driller girls won the seyl team titles. centennial boys and stockdale girls won the swyl titles.
chris schwartz (foothill) and sarah baker (bakersfield) won their seyl races and cody gragg (north) and candace carlson (north) won their swyl races.
when i get complete results, i will post them. well we live in the stoneage and i couldnt get the results electronically. all i got was a faxed copy. i am a super slow typer. so i just made an excel file of the top ten in each varsity race HERE.
here are the varsity team results too:seyl girls
bakersfield 47 higland 56 foothill 60
swyl girls
stockdale 39 centennial 48 north 80
swyl boys
centennial 28 stockdale 78 west 87

my preview below:
the league meets will be on thursday (11/01/07) at hart park. the seyl girls and boys team races should be close. on the boys side there is a three way tie for second right (bakersfield, foothill and liberty) now behind highland. on the girls side foothill is undefeated and bakersfield has one lost.
in the individual battle, the race behind schwartz should be good. every school has a good runner who could take second place. in the girls race it should be a race between natalie fernandez (foothill) and our sarah baker (bakersfield).
i dont see the swyl as much but the centennial should take the boys team title lead by brant jones. cody cragg (north) and tesfa (west) should challenge brandt for the individual title.
the swyl girls team race should be a rematch of the kern invite. stockdale should have there number one runner this time so centennial might not be as close time. candace carlson should win the race overall, like she did at the kern invite.
