the nor run is also known as the nazi run because of all the white pride graffiti under the bridges. despite the distasteful artwork, this is a nice run that heads east on the bike path, then crosses the river where the nor baseball field is. then runs on dirt trails (on the west side of the river) to 24th street. the whole run is about 3.5 miles.

yokuts 660 is a 660 yard loop at yokuts park. the start is at the bench near the 99 freeway and you run around the next bench (a sharp hairpin turn) and back.

this event is held at beach park and is run on the half mile loop around the ballfields. we both start at the same time and the chase is over when you lap me.

Yokut’s Gordo Chase is a fun workout. the big loop at yokuts park is 1.2 miles and this race involves lapping me in the quickest amout of time. for example, it took christopher 21:04 to catch me. he ran 2.97 miles and i did 1.77 miles. if you want a shot at the record contact me.

The climb up Alpe d’Huez (of Tour De France Fame) is 13.8 km with an average gradient of 8.1% (1130 m) with 21 switchbacks, ours is a quarter mile with 16 switchbacks at the panorama bluffs.
